Adapted from Catoctin Creek Distillery. Another classic cocktail, served in a tall thin 10-oune glass.

Ingredients:

2-ounces Catoctin Creek Watershed Gin
Juice of 1 lime or 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon powdered sugar (may substitute 1 tsp simple syrup)
Soda water (seltzer or club soda)

Directions:

Mix powdered sugar and lemon or lime juice until dissolved.

Add ice cubes to fill highball glass. Pour in 2 oz rye and top with soda water. Stir and enjoy.
